1. Who This Covers
1.1 Regimen, Inc. gives this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of a Pill Partner smart pill organizer bought new from us at trustregimen.com.
1.2 This warranty is not transferable and does not cover Organizers bought secondhand or from anyone other than us.
2. What We Warrant
2.1 We warrant that the Organizer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary household use for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
2.2 Ordinary household use means using the Organizer as a pill organizer in the way our product materials describe. It does not include commercial, institutional or clinical use.
3. What We Will Do
3.1 Where you report a covered defect within the warranty period, you may choose a replacement Organizer at no charge or a refund under Section 3.2. We pay return shipping and, where you choose replacement, replacement shipping.
3.2 Where you choose a refund for a covered defect, we refund the Organizer purchase price and applicable sales tax to your original payment method. Original outbound shipping is treated as stated in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Your refund choice applies throughout the one (1) year warranty period.
3.3 A replacement Organizer is covered for the remainder of your original one (1) year warranty period. Replacement does not start a new warranty period.
3.4 Where we replace your Organizer, the one you return becomes our property. Where we refund you, the Organizer becomes our property and this warranty ends.
3.5 Where a confirmed covered defect makes the connected service unusable, we credit the membership charges attributable to the confirmed period of service loss. We issue that credit as a refund to the original payment method for the affected paid membership period. There is no paid charge to credit during a free trial. A replacement preserves your existing account and billing cycle. A hardware refund stops future renewal without itself refunding a paid membership month; access continues through the paid period. This service-downtime credit is separate from the hardware remedy.
4. How to Make a Claim
4.1 Submit a warranty request through your purchaser account on our website, or email contact@trustregimen.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for photographs where the problem is visible; do not include medication or other health information. We aim to reply within five (5) business days. 4.2 Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Where you cannot produce it, we may still be able to verify your purchase from our records.
4.3 EMPTY EVERY COMPARTMENT before sending anything to us. Do not send medication.
5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
5.1 Ordinary wear, including scuffs, scratches, fading, and hinges or latches loosening over time.
5.2 Accidental damage, including drops, crushing, liquid damage, or damage caused by a pet or child.
5.3 Misuse, including use outside ordinary household use, storing anything other than medication or supplements, or exposure to heat, moisture or chemicals beyond ordinary household conditions.
5.4 Damage caused by unauthorized modification or improper repair. Using a third-party repair service or part does not by itself void this warranty; this exclusion applies to damage caused by that modification, repair, or part.
5.5 Cosmetic issues that do not affect how the Organizer works.
5.6 The Application, your account, connectivity and notifications, which are governed by the App Terms of Use.
5.7 Your phone, operating system, network, carrier, app store, or any third-party product or service used with the Organizer.
5.8 Organizers not bought from us.
5.9 Battery defects in materials or workmanship are covered by the same one (1) year warranty. Ordinary loss of battery capacity through normal use is not covered. Contact Regimen for battery service or replacement; this warranty does not promise a user-replaceable battery or a fixed battery lifespan.
6. What This Warranty Is Not
6.1 This warranty covers whether the Organizer is free from defects in materials and workmanship. It is not a promise about what the Organizer does.
6.2 The Organizer records when a compartment is opened. It does not confirm that medication was taken. We do not warrant that every opening will be recorded, that notifications will be delivered, or that the Organizer or Application will be uninterrupted or error-free. A missed notification or a gap in recorded activity is not by itself a defect in materials or workmanship.
6.3 Nothing in this warranty is medical advice. See Section 9 of the Preorder Terms of Sale.
7. Implied Warranties and Your Legal Rights
7.1 Because we give you this written warranty, we do not disclaim implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE ORGANIZER IS LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM DELIVERY, THE SAME DURATION AS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
7.2 SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
7.3 THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
8. Limits
8.1 Replacement or hardware refund as described in Section 3 is your exclusive hardware remedy under this warranty. This does not reduce the separate service-downtime credit expressly promised in Section 3.5.
8.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A DEFECT, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT REDUCE THE REMEDIES AND SERVICE-DOWNTIME CREDIT EXPRESSLY PROMISED IN SECTION 3.
8.3 These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8.4 SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
