PRIVACY POLICY
REGIMEN, INC.
Effective Date: Oct 7, 2026
1. Scope
1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how Regimen, Inc., a Delaware corporation, handles personal information when you use trustregimen.com, buy Pill Partner, the Regimen smart pill organizer, or use the Regimen application.
1.2 We sell a consumer product directly to you and do not currently claim to be HIPAA compliant. Nothing in this Policy limits any obligations we have under applicable law or a business associate agreement.
2. What We Collect
2.1 Website. Your name and email address where you give them; your IP address, browser and device information; and the pages you view.
2.2 Account. Your name, email address, password credential, account settings, and the names or labels you give household members and people you invite.
2.3 Purchase and payment. Order details, shipping address, billing name and address, phone number, Stripe customer and payment references, and your subscription status and billing history. Stripe receives and stores payment-card details, including a payment method saved for the disclosed future subscription. Regimen does not store complete card numbers.
2.4 Organizer and Application. Compartment-opening activity and timestamps; medication names, dosages, schedules, and notes you enter; manually reported activity; Organizer identifiers, firmware version, connectivity and diagnostic information; notification settings and delivery status; and account relationships and permissions.
2.5 The Organizer records that a compartment was opened. It does not record or confirm that medication was placed in it, removed, taken or ingested. We do not treat recorded activity as evidence that a dose was taken.
3. Why We Use It
3.1 We use personal information to operate the Organizer, the Application and your account; to process your order, take payment, arrange shipment, and handle returns, warranty claims and subscription billing; to provide support; to prevent fraud and keep the service secure; to diagnose faults and improve the product; to send you messages about your order and subscription, and marketing messages if you opted in; and to comply with law.
3.2 We use medication information and compartment activity only to provide the service you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
4. Sensitive Information
4.1 Medication names can reveal a health condition. We use medication information to provide the requested service, do not sell it, and do not use it for advertising or profiling. Access is limited to authorized account participants, authorized Regimen staff, and service providers where needed for the purposes described in this Policy.
5. Shared Access
5.1 Connected-service access supports a medication taker and a caregiver using separate accounts. The purchaser chooses either role and may invite the other participant. An accepted caregiver relationship provides access to the connected medication taker’s medication routine, compartment activity, and history. Caregiver controls include supported routine and permission settings. Purchasing alone does not make someone a medication taker or caregiver.
5.2 Consider what they will see before you invite them. If someone other than you uses the Organizer, you should have their agreement before sharing their routine.
5.3 You may revoke shared access at any time. Revocation stops further access through that relationship but does not erase information already received or saved.
6. Who We Share With
6.1 We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
6.2 We share information needed for payment processing, hosting, shipping, email delivery and customer support. Supabase provides authentication, database and backend services. Providers processing information on our behalf are subject to contractual use restrictions. Stripe also processes payment and transaction information for its own purposes, including fraud prevention, security and legal compliance, as described in Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
6.3 We share information with accepted medication-taker and caregiver participants according to their relationship, product role, and supported permissions.
6.4 We share where legally required, or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights. We provide notices required by applicable law and may notify you about other legal demands where permitted.
6.5 If Regimen is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may transfer subject to existing privacy commitments. We will give notice before material changes to its handling and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
7. Cookies
7.1 The Site uses browser storage and technical information needed to operate the Site and authenticate accounts. We do not use medication information for advertising or run advertising pixels on pages where you enter medication information.
8. Security
8.1 We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, account authentication, and access controls that restrict data access according to account relationships and authorized staff roles.
8.2 No system is completely secure and we do not promise your information will never be accessed without authorization. If a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you as the law requires.
8.3 Access by Regimen staff and service providers is limited to authorized purposes, such as operating the service, investigating faults, providing support, and meeting legal obligations.
9. How Long We Keep It
9.1 We retain personal information for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing your account and care-plan features, fulfilling orders, maintaining billing and warranty records, supporting customers, protecting the service, and complying with legal obligations. Raw Organizer activity may be compacted into daily summaries after sixty (60) days; summaries and active care-plan information may remain while the account is maintained. Ending a subscription does not itself delete account information or activity history.
9.2 We delete or de-identify information when no longer needed. We handle deletion requests without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. We retain only limited records still needed for legal, tax, transaction, warranty, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes where law permits or requires, with restricted access.
10. Your Choices
10.1 You may ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@trustregimen.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by applicable law. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to your request.
10.2 Request account deletion at contact@trustregimen.com. Before completing an approved deletion of the purchaser’s account, we stop future subscription renewal. Deleting another participant’s account does not itself cancel the purchaser’s subscription. Immediate deletion ends that account’s access and does not refund the current paid month, except as described in the App Terms of Use. Cancelling renewal alone does not delete your account.
11. Children
11.1 Our products are for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to buy an Organizer or hold an account.
11.2 We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen (13), and we delete it if we learn we have.
12. Where We Operate
12.1 Our launch sales are limited to the United States, and the Organizer and Application are intended for use in the United States.
13. Changes and Contact
13.1 We may update this Policy. We will update its revision date and notify you before material changes take effect, obtaining consent where required by applicable law.
